Having held operational and board roles in my family’s business, a Swiss-Asian electronics, luxury goods and industrials company, I gained significant leadership insight.

I experienced first hand the challenges of managing and growing the business, and those of working with other family members.

I also felt the fear and disappointment when the generation above decided to sell, and the difficulties of the shift from an operational to a financial business.

Putting people and sustainability at the centre

When we founded Eisvogel, we wanted to realise the qualities and characteristics found in leading industrial family businesses: to put people and sustainability first.

  • We want to help build the next champions of Europe — empowering entrepreneurs to realise their potential, and supporting them with our global networks and our experience in realising growth.
  • Building partnerships based on honesty and transparency is absolutely essential to the way we do business, whatever the scale of our involvement.
  • We work with management teams we believe in, and we have no time for arrogance or unnecessary bureaucracy.

Environment

Our core belief of sustainable growth helps create an environment where people and businesses thrive.
