Rather than leverage we prefer to rely on strong management and hands on operational support. We create value mainly by realising yet untapped potential for sales and earnings growth. We focus on strategic initiatives to increase sales and on operational improvements to achieve process efficiencies. We assemble for each company a specific Advisory Board with relevant sector and/or situational experience to support management.
As entrepreneurs investing our own capital through a holding company we have none of the constraints of private equity funds. We prefer to deal in an open and honest manner, and have the flexibility to come up with a structure that fits all parties and situations. We invest both minority and majority positions, and can also invest across the capital structure.
